Welcome to Cloud679
This article walks you through logging into the Cloud679 portal for the first time and securing your account.
Step 1 — Access the Portal
- Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge recommended)
- Navigate to https://manage.cloud679.com
- You will see the Cloud679 login page
Step 2 — Log In
- Enter your Username (your email address)
- Enter your Password (provided in your welcome email)
- Complete the reCAPTCHA verification — tick the "I'm not a robot" checkbox
- Click Sign In
⚠ Note: Your username is your email address. If you are unsure, check your welcome email from Cloud679 or contact support@kastel.com.fj.
Step 3 — Change Your Password
On your first login you will be prompted to change your password. Choose a strong password that includes:
- At least 12 characters
- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- Numbers
- At least one special character (e.g. ! @ # $)
Step 4 — Enable Two-Factor Authentication (Recommended)
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Go to Security
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy)
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
???? Tip: Two-factor authentication significantly improves the security of your account. We strongly recommend enabling it.
